Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unscented, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If contacted after 15 days, we may refuse the right to resolve issue.
Final Sale Items
All jewelry, accessories, beauty products, personalized goods and sale items will be final sale.
**We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items, items purchased using discount codes and final sale items.
Size Exchanges
Same product size exchanges will be exchanged at no additional cost within the first 15 days of purchase. Please note that your size will not be held until the process is completed. Shipping costs will apply.
Refunds and Processing
We do not offer refunds in original form of payment. If returns/exchanges are accepted within the 15 days, you can either exchange size or receive store credit.
